| Dirty Laundry - Play | |
|
Whitehorse Dawson City Dirty Laundry is described as an engaging, poignant, and sometimes humorous tale of a woman’s intimate struggle with, and eventual triumph over a mental health issue affecting thousands of Canadians everyday. Marilyn is 30 years old (twice!) and living in Nanoose Bay on Vancouver Island. Drawing from stints as a daughter, sister, mother, spouse, lab tech, award winning Avon lady, and so much more - this certifiably-nutspeople-pleasing-but-it's-all-about-me woman is now an author and public speaker. In addition to Dirty Laundry, Marilyn has authored five books and has been providing keynotes and workshops since 2002. After a chaotic lifetime of trying to "get it right", Marilyn is now enjoying life with her husband, John, and their two darling puppies. |
